Gary Hoyle

Retired Dean of the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics with decades of experience in aviation
maintenance education, workforce development, and technical training leadership. Gary is the outgoing
President of the Aviation Technician Education Council (ATEC), a national organization representing
FAA-certified aviation maintenance technician schools.

He holds an FAA Airframe & Powerplant
Certificate with Inspection Authorization.
